Unexpectedly warm service experience

The staff's kindness stood out, especially when they surprised us with a generous breakfast offering before the official time. The hotel's ambiance made exploration easy, with local restaurants just a stroll away.

One drawback was the outdated parking system. We had to reserve a spot beforehand, leading to some logistical challenges. Housekeeping could improve. We found remnants from previous guests.

The hotel was a short walk to puy de dome. The nearby restaurant, Sooji, was as close as 600 feet from the venue.

Braw place to stay! The staff were pure brilliant and got us breakfast before 6am, which was a lovely touch. Only drawback was the parking, had tae reserve ahead and not too handy. a great spot for exploring the city.

Parking was a mess. Had to search the streets multiple times for a legal spot. The air conditioning really cranked up the noise levels. I noticed some stains on the carpet and the chair in my room was looking worn out. The breakfast staff seemed a bit overwhelmed during peak hours, and some food items weren't replenished when they should have been. There were unexpected fees attached to parking, which caught me off guard. It clearly needs better maintenance and clearer communication about additional costs.

the restaurant here was particularly good for dinner, we both ordered fine dishes. it was in a good location with a compact park nearby.

Comfortable bed and room size

The price is too high. A medium-confort hotel in provincial town with low general prices should have far lower cost. Booked.net provided with false informatio that breakfast costs are included! This is really a case! I would think twice to continue using Booked.net

Simply no complains at all, pleasant stay. Exceptionally clean and modern place and the breakfast was generous. Good service, very amiable and attentive staff during stay. Newly remodelled and compact units with a walk-in shower instead of the bath tub.

Not what hyou expect for holiday inn hotel, and not Garden Court. Old and very used. Breakfast ok. Indoor parking possible, but pretty narrow to use with suv. Rooms acceptable , but well used and some worn

I appreciated the warm and helpful staff, who efficiently answered all my questions. The location was perfect, with access to nearby restaurants and attractions, and I enjoyed the refreshing drink provided in the lobby. The breakfast selection was also good.

Parking situation was inconvenient.

The air conditioning was inadequate during the hot weather, and the bed felt smaller than expected. It suited our one-night stay, but I wouldn't choose this location again for a longer visit.
